The highly anticipated 4th edition of the DFF 45+ Veterans Tournament is all set to take place on August 30 and 31, 2025, at Civic Park, Reynoldsburg, Columbus, Ohio.

Regarded as one of the most unique and exciting football gatherings for senior players in the United States, the tournament has become a staple celebration of passion, camaraderie, and sporting spirit among footballers aged 45 and above. What began as an effort to reignite the love of the game for players nearing the end of their active careers has now grown into a well-respected meet-and-greet event for senior footballers across the country.

“This tournament is more than just football; it’s about bringing back the same competitive energy and sportsmanship that defined these players in their prime,” said one of the organizers. “It’s a celebration of legacy, friendships, and lifelong passion.” said Prakash Sharma Gartaula, the organizers.

This year, to make the event even more engaging, organizers have collaborated with the City of Reynoldsburg to create a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, including games and activities designed especially for kids. The initiative aims to make the tournament a wholesome experience for players and their families alike.

As of now, nine teams have already registered, and organizers are expecting more to join before the registration deadline of August 15.

Like in previous years, the tournament will feature attractive cash prizes, trophies for the winners, runners-up, and third-place teams. Individual honors will include the Most Valuable Player (MVP), highest goal scorer, and the Fair Play Award for the most disciplined team.

With excitement building, the DFF 45+ Veterans Tournament is once again ready to bring together generations through football in what promises to be a weekend full of goals, glory, and goodwill.
